Staffing & Scheduling

Before any job placement, New Mainers Staffing works with the home healthcare provider to understand their specific staffing needs. From there, we match the appropriate job candidates, train them according to the provider’s standards, and supervise each employee’s performance to ensure that they are meeting, or exceeding, those standards. 

In addition to staffing and supervision, we schedule staff according to the provider’s coverage needs. We keep track of employee hours to help prevent or minimize overtime.We handle all of these details so that your clients are properly cared for and you can focus on driving revenue and growing your business!

Staff management

We know that staff oversight and supervision take time. That’s why after employee placement, New Mainers Staffing collaborates with the house manager and/or supervisor to ensure that our employees are on task and on target. 

We will evaluate our employees, provide job coaching, and conduct any additional training. We believe that when employees feel supported, they do a better job — and in home health, that means better care for clients and higher satisfaction for families.
